Digital Downloads — How It Works

All products in this shop are **instant digital downloads** — there's nothing to wait for and nothing to ship! Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a secure download link so you can get straight to creating. 🎉

Your files are delivered as **Canva template links** and/or downloadable PDFs/ZIPs, depending on the product. Everything is ready to open and personalise right away — no special software needed beyond a free Canva account.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are **digital files that are accessible immediately upon purchase**, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds as a general policy.

This is standard practice for digital goods — once a file has been downloaded or a template link accessed, it cannot be "returned" in the way a physical product can.

**However, we genuinely want you to be happy.** If you experience any of the following, please reach out and we'll make it right:

- 🔗 Your download link isn't working

- 📄 A file is corrupted or won't open

- 📦 You received the wrong product

- 🎨 The template looks significantly different from what was shown

Simply contact us within **7 days of purchase** and we'll resolve it promptly — whether that's resending your files, providing a replacement, or issuing a refund at our discretion.

What's Not Covered

We're unable to offer refunds in the following circumstances:

- You changed your mind after purchasing

- You accidentally bought the wrong item (please double-check listings before purchasing — we're happy to answer questions first!)

- You don't have access to Canva (a free account is sufficient for all our templates)

- The colours look slightly different on your screen vs. printed (monitor calibration varies — we recommend a test print first)

Licencing & Personal Use

All templates are sold for **personal use only** unless otherwise stated. This means:

- ✅ Print for your own events and occasions

- ✅ Edit and download for personal projects

- ✅ You can use the files you purchase from my store on physical craft items and sell the items. 

- ❌ You my not resell, redistribute, or share the templates or files with others, just the physical items you craft. 

- ❌ Use in commercial products or services offered to clients

- ❌ These are not OOAK (one of a kind) designs and WILL be resold - you do not own exclusive rights to my designs. 

- ❌ You are not allowed to upload my designs to any print on demand site such as Zazzle, Redbubble, Teespring, Society6 or similar sites. 

- ❌ Please do not convert my design into embroidery designs to sell digitally. 

- ❌ You may NEVER use any of my listing photos. These are all my own property to sell and advertise my products and are not for use by anyone else.

If you need a **commercial licence**, please contact us before purchasing — we can often accommodate this with an extended licence.

File Formats & Compatibility

Most products include:

- A **Canva template link** (editable, requires a free Canva account)

- A **print-ready PDF** for direct printing

Please check the individual product listing for specific file details. If you need a different format, just ask — we'll do our best to help.
